How long will my repair take? Generally, all services are completed within 6 weeks of receipt unless parts are more difficult to obtain.

How do I make payment? We accept payment via Credit Card through our online invoicing software.

When do I make payment? Once we have worked out what your watch requires and how much the repair we will be, we require payment before we begin the work.

How do you ship watches? We use the postal service or FedEx. Watches shipped via the postal service can only be insured for value up to $500 CAD. Watches shipped via FedEx can be insured for more.

Do you offer a warranty? Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on all work performed.

How can I get in touch? All correspondence is done via email. We don’t conduct any business over the phone as we are a one-man operation and phone calls eat up valuable repair time.

I emailed you a while ago, why haven’t I heard back? Being a one-man operation we are very busy. We endeavour to get back to all inquiries within 72 hours.

Should I email you for updates? We aim to complete all repairs within 6 weeks of receipt. Please do not email us for status updates before that time as we cannot respond to those emails as it would eat up too much repair time.

Can I visit your workshop? All repairs need to be shipped in as the workshop is not open to customers.

Do you polish or refinish watches? No, we don’t offer any case or bracelet refinishing services.

Can you clean my dial to make it look new again? This isn't usually possible. Once a dial is marked, chipped, scratched, or discoloured there isn't much that can be done, other than re-painting it. This is not a service that we offer.
