Have Questions?

See the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.

  • How long will my repair take? Generally, all services are completed within 6 weeks of receipt unless parts are more difficult to obtain.

  • How do I make payment? We accept payment via Credit Card through our online invoicing software.

  • When do I make payment? Once we have worked out what your watch requires and how much the repair we will be, we require payment before we begin the work.

  • How do you ship watches? We use the postal service or FedEx. Watches shipped via the postal service can only be insured for value up to $500 CAD. Watches shipped via FedEx can be insured for more.

  • Do you offer a warranty? Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on all work performed.

  • How can I get in touch? All correspondence is done via email. We don’t conduct any business over the phone as we are a one-man operation and phone calls eat up valuable repair time.

  • I emailed you a while ago, why haven’t I heard back? Being a one-man operation we are very busy. We endeavour to get back to all inquiries within 72 hours.

  • Should I email you for updates? We aim to complete all repairs within 6 weeks of receipt. Please do not email us for status updates before that time as we cannot respond to those emails as it would eat up too much repair time.

  • Can I visit your workshop? All repairs need to be shipped in as the workshop is not open to customers.

  • Do you polish or refinish watches? No, we don’t offer any case or bracelet refinishing services.

  • Can you clean my dial to make it look new again? This isn't usually possible. Once a dial is marked, chipped, scratched, or discoloured there isn't much that can be done, other than re-painting it. This is not a service that we offer.
